These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kwin8 ("kwin8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kwin8.cam.

kwin8 operates under international online gaming licensing applicable to its offshore operational structure. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the kwin8 platform, including account registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals, bonus participation, and all interactions with our support team.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the kwin8 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the services.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on kwin8, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years of age or older. kwin8 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be required at any point.
• You are registering in your own legal name and on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or under a pseudonym or fictitious identity, are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a resident of, or physically present in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use of the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently suspended, or otherwise barred from the kwin8 Platform or any related platform operated under the same licensing structure.
• You are acting as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, professional arbitrage, and systematic exploitation of bonus structures are prohibited.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Each Eligible User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid email address, date of birth, and contact details. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that changes subsequent to registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. kwin8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must notify kwin8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. kwin8 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. kwin8 reserves the right to close any Account, with or without notice, where a breach of these Terms has occurred, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would otherwise be contrary to applicable regulations or our responsible gambling obligations.

kwin8 is required by its international licensing obligations to implement a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested by kwin8 at any time during the Account lifecycle.

5.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Malaysian Passport, or Government-issued Driver's License bearing your photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, Telekom Malaysia, Indah Water) or official bank statement dated within the preceding three (3) months, clearly displaying your full name and registered address.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, kwin8 may request documentation to verify the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.

5.2 Verification Timeframe

Standard KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Expedited review may be available to Gold tier VIP members and above. kwin8 reserves the right to place a temporary withdrawal hold on any Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

kwin8 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC20). Availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected, in which case conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. kwin8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal request.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any claimed Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds.
• The withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operational limitations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. These are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours during banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network confirmation times.

6.3 Currency

The functional currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied by kwin8 to MYR-denominated transactions. For cryptocurrency transactions, the applicable conversion rate is determined at the time the transaction is initiated and is non-negotiable.

kwin8 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, cashback allocations, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those funds.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

kwin8 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, and the use of Bonus Funds in games with reduced contribution rates. Where bonus abuse is detected, kwin8 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may suspend the Account.

7.3 VIP Programme

Participation in the kwin8 VIP Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond tiers) is subject to the VIP Programme Terms, which form part of this Agreement. kwin8 reserves the right to adjust tier requirements, benefits, and cashback rates with reasonable notice. Tier status is not transferable between accounts.

All bets and gaming activity on the kwin8 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.) as published on the Platform, in addition to the general provisions of this Agreement.

8.1 Finality of Results

All game outcomes and betting results are final once settled by the Platform. In the event of a technical error, manifest error in odds pricing, or data feed failure that materially affects a betting outcome, kwin8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the relevant Accounts. kwin8's decision on disputed outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, La Liga, and all other covered competitions — are governed by the sports betting rules published on the Platform. Asian Handicap, Over-Under, Mix Parlay, and all other bet types are subject to their respective product rules. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended without notice during match events.

8.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. The rules of each live game (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger) are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand, the hand result will be determined by the live dealer and game outcome will be final.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single transaction payout limits apply and are published in the relevant game or product terms. kwin8 reserves the right to apply an overall weekly or monthly payout cap in exceptional circumstances, which will be communicated to affected Users in advance where reasonably practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kwin8 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including the use of gambling transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to systematically exploit the Platform's systems.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from identified technical errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of gambling.
• Engaging in any conduct that kwin8 reasonably determines constitutes fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Platform or its promotional structures.

All content on the kwin8 Platform — including but not limited to the kwin8 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data compilations, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kwin8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of kwin8.

Any unauthorised use of kwin8's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kwin8 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform and its services, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.1 Platform Availability

kwin8 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond kwin8's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. kwin8 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

11.2 Gambling Losses

kwin8 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Users on the Platform. All gambling involves inherent financial risk and players are solely responsible for their wagering decisions. The provision of responsible gambling tools does not transfer liability for gambling losses to kwin8.

11.3 Maximum Liability

Where applicable law does not permit total exclusion of liability, kwin8's aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kwin8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. The kwin8 Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to restrict the total amount deposited within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Users of the duration of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

kwin8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, kwin8 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email notification to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event. kwin8 recommends that Users periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kwin8 holds its international operating licence.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between a User and kwin8, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The User must first contact kwin8 customer support and clearly describe the nature of the dispute. kwin8 will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days of receiving the complaint.
• Step 2 — Formal Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to the User's satisfaction at Step 1, the User may submit a formal written complaint to kwin8's compliance department via the email address provided in the Contact Us section of this page.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, Users may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under kwin8's operating licence.

14.2 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
